We are looking for attractive properties in Germany and the United Kingdom to buy. We create special purpose real estate investment vehicles for our investments. Our typical investments should have the following features.
Core plus, Value-add properties, Opportunistic or properties with extension or refurbishment potential
Office, retail, logistics, hotels and student accommodation. Focus on properties in A and B locations with low WALT, high vacancies and /or other value-add or repositioning opportunities.
Across sectors where planning permission has been granted or cancelled/aborted project developments.
It is the most stressful situation for the vendor and also for the investor. All parties have an interest in completing the transaction. However, there are a number of variables, which can stop the transaction. It is an uncertain situation, where the other party or any other stakeholder might find a reason not to conclude the transaction. All stakeholders are fulfilling their duties and in case something does not seem to be right, the participant cannot proceed. As every property is different, a thorough due diligence has to be done by the stakeholders of the transaction. A very good broker can make a difference. He would be able to communicate clearly and precisely and chase up the participants to ensure that they are delivering the service in a timely manner. He is able to bring transparency into the transaction process.
